Merger2006History

Pathways, MI was formed in 2006 through the merger of Child and Family Services of Western Michigan and Children's Resource Network, Inc. Together, Pathways, MI represents over 80 years of experience serving communities throughout 10 counties across Western Michigan.

What We Do

"Providing life transforming services to children, families and our communities" is our mission.

From mental health services to substance abuse counseling to adoption and foster care programs, Pathways offers a wide range of resources and expertise, all dedicated to enabling children, adults and families achieve change in their lives and communities.  For those who need us most Pathways is here...with help for a new beginning and hope for a better life! 

Who We Serve

As an organization, we are committed to demonstrating excellence in all that we do and assuring that we provide responsive and compassionate service to all individuals, families and communities who seek our assistance.

We serve Allegan, Lake, Mason, Mecosta, Montcalm, Muskegon, Newaygo, Oceana, Osceola and Ottawa counties.

Performance & Quality Improvement PDF Print E-mail

The Performance and Quality Improvement Plan (PQI) for Pathways, MI is a continuous and dynamic self-evaluation process.  It is part of an overall agency philosophy of empowering staff at all levels to assume an active role in improving program outcomes and overall agency performance.

It is through the Performance and Quality Improvement process that we work together to improve organizational performance for the purpose of fulfilling our mission and providing the highest level of services to children and families who come to our agency.
