Total Trek Quest Program Goal
To increase boys’ health and wellness while preventing high risk behaviors by using physical activity and training.
TTQ is a fun, high energy 10 week highly interactive program designed exclusively for boys 3rd-5th grade! It encourages them to explore and develop their individuality and strengths.
Participants will be challenged physically as they train for a 5K (3.1 mile) run. They will also learn to develop a healthy lifestyle, social/relationship skills, how to make healthy decisions, and be valued for who they are.
